I need some “clean plants” for salinity stress studies on Arabidopsis. Therefore, I grew Arabidopsis in hydroponic culture.
Before that, the seeds were sowed on vertical plate for 2 weeks then when big enough only transferred to hydroponic culture.

This is the suitable stage to transfer plate-grown Arabidopsis to hydroponic culture.
