As mentioned in the previous post, day light saving time started few months ago. Basically, clocks are adjusted one hour in advance.
In these few months, the UK also have long day lights period (at the moment: 16 h day time, 8h dark). Sun rise at 5 am and sun set at 950 pm.
So, the benefits are: reduced energy used, particularly electricity, and so on, in which you can find out through the internet.
For me, this long day time slightly affect me. This is because I will only take my dinner after 9pm, and wake up at 5 am.
Even though, the impact of long day time on health is uncertain, but I believe it will affects our “biological clock”, e.g. disrupt our sleeping pattern.
Anyway, this is another great experience for me..haha
