as mentioned in the previous post, after watered pots. Now we get ready with Arabidopsis seeds, they are so tiny.

here, I have 4 different seeds, 3 mutants and 1 wild type

pour out the seeds gently, estimate amount needed

then use forceps dip water on the tray

then use “wet” forceps stick to the seed

and sow on the soil

extra seeds, use tape to stick it.

wrap with cling film, and put in refrigerator for 2-3days to vernalise seeds

The same method applies to broad bean as well:-
